I found a truck I wanted on autotrader and contacted using their online form. Delinah (Dee!) responded and the rest is history. She gave me a great FaceTime tour and I decided to make the drive from New Orleans. By the end of the test drive, it felt like we were old friends and the previous owner was a dealership employee so got a great scoop on the history. Love my new F150 Lightning and even with all my sunk costs and time they were still willing to negotiate on the price, and David the money man was great walking me through all the paperwork and legal. Serra Chevrolet made it easy for me to get into my dream truck at the price I wanted, and their team genuinely cares about you and is willing to work with you to get you where you want to be in all aspects.
