I had a great experience at this dealership. From the time I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. My salesman (Jeremy) was especially great to work with, he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire buying process easy and stress free. I never felt pressured and he took the time to answer all if my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. My husband and I bought a beautiful Jeep from Will at Dothan Dodge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat the day after Thanksgiving. Happy early Christmas to us!! It was an AMAZING car buying experience!! They went above and beyond to make it all come together! From Will to the finance team, the manager, the owner and the terrific detail guy who made our Jeep shine!!! Will was not just a knowledgeable salesperson, but so very patient and kind with all the questions and concerns we had about each model and all the details. He helped set everything up in the Jeep to give us a head start with learning the in's and out's. Here we are a couple weeks later and Will has checked in several times to make sure we are still happy with the Jeep and make sure we didn't have any additional questions, etc. Seriously an AMAZING experience!! If you need a new or new to you used vehicle it is worth the time to go see Will!!!
