We (Dad and I) were turned here by a friend and Neighbor. Pointed to Oleg directly. He was exactly as promised. Straight forward and to the point. We had 2 vehicles in mind saw and drove the first and then We talked it out. Our choice was made. He held the car and had it washed while We went to the bank. We signed all the paperwork as it was ready with our return. We sat his desk and as paperwork was being handled they had offered us and all folks on the sales floor some snacks. Like the good ones Y'all and Water. We all need some water this time of year. Oleg was also help another set of people as we were finishing. If you need a car go see Oleg G. Awesome sales experience. Best experience I've had in buying cars over the last 25 years! From the minute I reached out to inquire about availability of a vehicle I received friendly and fast replies. Katrina was amazing to work with as was Jeff. We drove 4 hours to buy from this dealership just because of how great they were from the beginning. There was never any pressure, but there was constant support throughout the process. Every person we met while at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will refer anyone looking to buy to come here and we're customers for life now.

We drove all the way from Florida to purchase from BMW of Birmingham because they truly have the best prices in the Southeast—and it was absolutely worth the trip. Their deal was over $4,000 cheaper than what our best priced local BMW dealers in Florida offered. In fact, when I sent their worksheet to local BMW dealerships and asked if they could match or beat the price, I was met with complete silence—which says everything. Our salesperson, Valarie, was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, hardworking, and genuinely committed to getting us the best deal possible price for the BMW X3 M50. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated her excellent customer service.
