We had an excellent experience at Allen Turner Toyota of Auburn! Even though we arrived close to closing time, Alex B. and Jarvon C. never made us feel rushed. They stayed late to help us, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle. Jarvon made the financing process easy to understand and was just as patient and professional. Edward Baker was our associate and he was amazing. He kept us updated before we even stepped on the lot. The Rav4 we were looking at sold before we got there but he showed me an even better option then what I originally inquired about. The application was streamlined and very Straight forward.

Very pleased with my new Tacoma purchase this weekend. Drove 3 hours because they had the exact truck I wanted.
