If I could give Nate more than five stars, I absolutely would—he’s a 10 out of 5! Nate consistently provides exceptional customer service. He is warm and welcoming without ever feeling forced or scripted, and he genuinely makes you feel like your vehicle and your time matter. He communicates clearly, keeps you informed throughout the process, and is attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such authentic kindness. Every interaction with Nate has been outstanding, and he has made every service visit a positive experience. Nissan is fortunate to have someone like him representing their dealership. Thank you, Nate, for setting the standard for what great customer service should be!

As the internal manager of a dealership located in North Carolina, I had found a Pathfinder in our inventory that I knew would be perfect for my sister and niece. She then made the trip from Alabama here to make the purchase. Some time after her returning home, the vehicle presented an issue. I was able to make her an appointment via online for the following day to which I found the process very easy. Day of the appointment she was greeted by her advisor, Matt Paulick. Throughout her entire experience, Matt was extremely thorough, courteous, and showed extensive grace. My sister is not fluent in automotive. He amazingly described issues at hand where she was able to understand when I was unavailable. Matt is a very commendable, reliable advisor. Traits mostly unattainable now. I am impressed with Mr. Paulick, and Townsend Nissan, and have absolute gratitude of the help to get my sisters issue get resolved.
