If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, go to Long Lewis Ford. There are no undefined red tape or undisclosed mark ups. Just straight business. We were in and out in about 45 minutes.

The Frosty Team took care of me 1000% at Long-Lewis of the Shoals. I got a referral from my friend, who bought a Lincoln Nautilus from them two weeks ago. I get into an accident and totaled my vehicle, so I check out the Long-Lewis website, and their internet prices are blowing everyone else's prices out of the water. Every dealer that I try to compare them with loses to Long-Lewis in three ways. 1. Lowest internet prices in AL and the surrounding states. I checked all the way to FL. 2. No Haggle Sales. I snuck over to the Dealer expecting to get ambushed while looking at vehicles. I was surprised to see that you have to push a button at a call box when you're ready to talk to a Sales Associate about a vehicle when you're out on the lots. No ambushes! No stalking! All the vehicles are open for inspection. I was able to look at every vehicle I considered thoroughly without hassle. 3. The kicker: No Fake Fees. Just tax, tags and title. There were no add-ons whatsoever. The price on the internet sticker was the price I paid. (Bonus to the kicker: The finance guy, Mr. Askew, did not try to pressure me into anything. I got what I wanted and great service. If you want a 4th: They delivered it to my house (in Huntsville!!!), let me look it over and even took pics of the delivery. AMAZING. Gordon "Frosty" Frost, Sarah, Drew Womble, Mr. Askew and the delivery team guys at Long-Lewis Lincoln-Ford of the Shoals are hands down the best. 5-Stars all day!!!

If I could give you guys 100 stars, I would do it. This was without a doubt the best experience I could have had at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful, but I have to give it up for Jon. Jon is positive, charismatic, kind, genuine, And he even helped calm me down when he could tell I was getting overwhelmed with everything. I cannot speak highly enough of him, Christy, Nicholas, and Olivia. I will be recommending you guys to everybody! Thank you again for a seamless and stress-free experience!

I had an incredible experience working with Jamey Vickers and Wade Pendergrass and the whole team at Long-Lewis. I had contacted dozen's of Ford Dealers looking for a great deal on a 2026 Ranger. Jamey and Wade were by FAR the most pleasant to work with – no games, no gimmicks, just great service and respect the whole way through. If you want a car buying experience that shows the way it "Should be done", choose this team. No Dealer Fees, no $2000 undercoat/LoJack add-ons – Just the price, tax, and registration. Taylor in Financing was incredible – answering questions and not pushy at all on any type of extras. They even delivered the vehicle – thanks Bob and Randy! I will be using this dealership again in the future, and would recommend anyone near Alabama/Tennessee to use them.
