Just picked up my Rolex GMT Master II from a service. Everything was completed in a reasonable time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had the complete overhaul and a refinishing performed. According to my time grapher, amplitude is around 290* and 0 seconds/day off with the dial up, and the refinishing has it looking factory new. Best part is that the coronet on the watch’s crown is perfectly aligned when fully screwed down. Very happy with the results.

Always have an awesome experience buying watches and jewelry from Brian Hood and Brombergs. The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. They have an impressive selection of watches and jewelry. The Diamond selection they have is amazing. This is the best place in Birmingham, AL to buy a watch or jewelry.

I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge two outstanding professionals that you have working for your Mountain Brook Bromberg’s Establishment. First Mr Andrew Lee and Second Ms. Leslie Bierman . Having a keen interest in the history and authenticity of the Rolex Brand Watches, both Mr. Lee and Ms. Bierman have assisted me with their extraordinary knowledge of Vintage and Modern versions of the Rolex Brand. They go over and beyond in assessing my watches and offering recommendations regarding authenticity. You are blessed to have such outstanding individuals working for you who provide outstanding customer service! Thank you.

Went into Bromberg with my daughter who just recently moved to Birmingham. I wanted to get her something nice and establish a relationship with a Jeweler. Brian and Leslie were wonderful to work with. Very nice store and helpful staff.
