I had an excellent experience working with the service department at Century. Everyone was very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long to get in, and my timing was such that they were able give me a loaner car to use while my brakes were being replaced. I know they went out of their way, since my situation required me to have transportation! The gentleman in charge of my particular service was Cornealius Hurt. So kind and very helpful! He explained in detail what would be done and even discovered that there had been a minor recall that they’d take care of. I would definitely go back! An extra little surprise was the complimentary latte and treats when I arrived, and a shiny, freshly-washed car when I picked it up!

Thanks to Shelbie my sales advisor! I felt comfortable from the moment that I walked through the door from the test drive until leaving in my new vehicle. I appreciated working the process of working with one person the whole time not needing to speak to the finance or sales dept manager. I never felt any stress or pressure during the whole process. Century BMW group was amazing at making me feel valued, appreciated and like a true VIP and because of that I was able to leave happy and excited in my new BMW X5. I can quite honestly say that this has been the most pleasant and least stressful car buying experience I’ve had in 20yrs. The team at Century BMW (Jeremiah Bailey & JJ) took care of all our needs and were extremely helpful, professional and just genuinely nice people. Nothing was too much trouble. They were patient and most importantly (to us) very low pressure as we made our decision on which of the ‘top three’ German marques we preferred.
I honestly believe that the creation of ‘brand loyalty’ isn’t just about the experience once you get the vehicle home. It starts at the dealership and the folks at Century are fantastic ambassadors for BMW.

The business that makes quality and customer service a priority! Every person I got to interact with was so professional and respectful of the customer and their needs! When I brought my car for the service I was provided with the vehicle for the day and my car received a complimentary wash and vacuum and I received updates and text messages about the « health « status of my car. When I came back to pick up my car after service was completed, master technician made sure that I was satisfied with the status of my car and that all of my questions were answered. Very pleased with the service!

Friday 2 p.m… searches M2CS. BMW Huntsville comes back as having one. I called and reached Shelbie. I inquire if the car was there and if it was it spoken for or available. As for the past 5 months, I have been working with my local BMW dealership as well as dealerships around the US, to try and acquire one. Every time it was already committed as a pre-order (I have been driving around in a Brooklyn Gray 2024 manual M2 and wanted to upgrade). When she said yep, I’m looking at it on the showroom floor but we have had a lot of interest. I asked if they would be willing to take my trade-in for it, she said absolutely! Let’s get this done. So after providing some details and a deposit, I was on the road that night the 550 miles to be there at opening on Saturday morning. After arriving shortly after open Saturday morning, we sealed the deal and I was off to head back home. Shelbie and team made it beyond easy to turn in and pick up my dream car. 100% would refer and do business with them in the future. Rather than hitting up your big city BMW dealership, give BMW of Huntsville (and Shelbie) a call. They can work wonders and get those limited edition BMWs you want and deserve. Thanks again Shelbie!
