I sent a message online and received a response soon after was connected with a salesperson the same day. I met with Rich Quarles that afternoon (he had the vehicle prepped for us to test drive) and I drove off the lot with my new RX that evening. We were greeted quickly and treated as a priority. Rich answered all of our questions, set the Lexus app up and guided the purchase in a way that made us feel very welcome. The following morning he sent a text to check on how the drive home was. I would 100% refer family and friends to them based off my experience.

Terri Lewis was very nice and professional. Everything went very smooth since i made it very easy for them to sell me a car. Price was about 7/10. I did not like they gave me hassle about putting cash down. Claimed they would have to have three people count it and it would take a long time even though it was only 4500.00 dollars which took me about 30 seconds to count. But that was more the finance guy and not Terri. They also kept trying to add stuff on the end (finance guy) like warranties and service after we agreed on price. Trying to nickel and dime you at the end once i had made the process easy for them. Felt line they were trying to cheat me at the end.

I recently worked with Jon to get a RX 350. Even though there was a pivot during the process regarding the specific vehicle I was initially looking for, Jon helped me land in a 2026 model that I absolutely love. He was personable and funny, which helped since I brought my dad along for support. He even stayed late past closing to make sure we could finalize the deal and I could drive home that night. He was very patient after the deal was done while showing me the new features, and he didn’t mind my dad taking as many pictures as he wanted. I’m really happy with the vehicle, and I appreciate the effort Jon put in to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
