I had an outstanding experience buying a truck advertised on Autotrader and located at their dealership. I feel like I gained long distance friends who thoroughly answered all my questions during the entire day. You can imagine the hesitation when buying a vehicle from another state. Between a video of the truck, lots of pictures and answered questions, Joey and his wife Rachel assured me that I was buying an excellent vehicle at a great price. A scratch in the chrome bumper and a smidgen crack on the taillight, were replaced before I took possession of the truck. That speaks to their desire to sell a quality product to the customer.
