I love the service I receive at Mercedes Dealership! Everyone is always pleasant, with smiles. Today , I was needing service for my vehicle. I called and spoke with Travis in the service department. He went above and beyond to help assist me with my appointment,in which I changed it 3 times -yet he still made sure that I was serviced for the day and the wonderful tech that took the time to service my vehicle. This type of service is what keeps me in the Mercedes family! Thank you Travis and team!!!

I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience purchasing a car as I did with the wonderful people at Mercedes. Adam is truly both a psychic and an angel! He knew exactly what I wanted and had it ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. It was truly my dream car,something I never imagined would actually be possible for me to own,but Adam made the impossible possible. He took his time showing me every feature and made sure I understood everything without ever rushing through the process. At no point did I feel pressured. His genuine goal was simply to make me a happy customer, and he exceeded that in every way. Because of this incredible experience, I can honestly say I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Adam. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing from this dealer. Even more considering i live about 2 hours away from them. Ingrid, the sales representative I worked with, was very responsive and attentive, provided all the necessary information via email, including pricing and options. Thanks to her, i felt confident that i had all the necessary info to drive there to make the purchase. Furthermore, the purchase itself was smooth and quick; i arrived at the dealership at 9:30 am, and by 11:00 i was leaving with my new MB. I strongly suggest them for your next MB purchase.

Patrick and the service team were great, got us in on a whim for our 20,000 mile maintenance!!
